Identified - You may be seeing delayed charges following your card being declined yesterday.

If you haven't already, you should see refunds for these charges shortly.

Resolved - The Mastercard network had a partial outage starting at 6:05pm that caused some payments to decline. We are seeing card payments succeed as of 7:40pm and Mastercard have told us that the issue has been resolved.

Update - Faster Payments (the service that powers bank transfers) have told us that payments delayed from Sunday may be completed by the end of the week.

Identified - We have been told by Faster Payments that some bank transfers to Monzo are still in progress, but appear to the sending bank as if they have completed successfully.

Faster Payments are investigating this - if you are waiting for a bank transfer this will arrive once the problem has been fixed.

Resolved - The countrywide problem affecting the Faster Payments network has been resolved, and we have confirmed all outbound bank transfers have now either been received by the recipient bank, or returned to your account.

If you are waiting for an inbound bank transfer the sending bank will be able to tell you its status - they may need to re-send it.
